Sewing Skirts

My sisters, my mom and I like to get to get together several times a year and we have craft days. Sometimes we scrapbook, sometimes we sew, and sometimes we just bring whatever we are working on just so we can spend an afternoon together laughing and of course eating chocolate.

Recently we had a sew day. We all used this same pattern.

A total of four skirts were made and it was fun to see how different they all turned out just by using different patterns of fabric.  Now I was not bloggy prepared and I forgot my camera but all of my sisters promised they would take pictures and send them to me, BUT none of them did (I am calling you all out!!)  So I only have a picture of mine.

It was really a pretty easy pattern.  One of my sisters and I cut ours out together and between the 2 of us cutting pieces we cut some out in large and some out in medium so we had to do a little altering but even with that it was still very easy.  In fact I am hoping to make another sometime soon.

If you would like more information on the pattern you can go here!
